Details

Due to the characteristics of SIM, reading the whole SIM contact may take a while.
And the situation gets worse even in USIM, which may also have to read EF_EMAIL and EF_ANR, etc.

This bug is filed as a mete bug to track the required effort in Gecko (not checking whether we'd need to optimize Gaia yet) to speed up "Import SIM contact", to provide a better user experience to users.
All dependent bugs are fixed. It seems that we don't have future plan for this. Close it now.
