Repaint problem for most xul files

Details
There is a repaint problem happening for most of the
xul files. For example, bin/res/profile/cpwManager.xul,
bin/res/samples/history.xul etc.
Once the window is moved/resized, the xul file gets displayed properly.
This seems to be a generic problemw ith many xul files.
Everybody is going to be hit by this bug as people would start
with the profile wizard/manager first. Please note that this is
not a profiles bug.
Peter -- can you have one of your guys take a look at this? If it turns out to
be layout, please send it back to me.
