We can use popcorn.js' GUID function here https://github.com/mozilla/popcorn-js/blob/master/popcorn.js#L407.

This would be a better solution for TogetherJS as then we wouldn't need to worry about keep tracking of Popcorn Maker's current GUID 'index'.
