Opening a folder in the personal toolbar by clicking on a button there, I would
like to hold down the mouse button, move the mouse to the item I want and
release the mouse button. That works in Netscape 4.x and for the bookmarks menu
of Mozilla but not for folders in the personal toolbar because it's interpreted
as drag'n drop action.
Possible solution: Interpret it as drag'n drop only when the mouse is moved to
top, left or right, but not when it's moved down.
Or let the user disable drag'n drop completely.

Whoops, this was a dupe but not of that bug. This bug was fixed a while back,
apparently, and it works for me in 2001072208 on Win2K. Comments from bug 84044:

"Bug 92903 describes a different problem: trying to use a personal toolbar folder
like a normal menu (with a single drag) used to initiate a drag. That was fixed
some time in the last two months."
This is actually a dup of bug 87267. Reopening to re-dup.
