Some/many of the Mozilla web projects are switching to Stylus. Currently Input uses LESS. Reducing variations and using the same system across projects makes life easier for development.

This bug covers looking at switching from LESS to Stylus.
Tossing this into 2013q4 as a P3.

LESS is being actively maintained and just did a release recently. So I have no compelling reason to switch anymore. Marking this as WONTFIX for now.
