This started a little after 11:34am PDT today.
http://hg.mozilla.org/projects/alder/pushloghtml is blank, so I'm guessing this may have to do with the repo being reset.
We need better detection + email notification around this.

Bumping the timeout from 2 to 5 minutes fixed this; 1 char patch incoming.
