The Notification title gets truncated when the user takes a screenshot. The truncation is present when the notification appears and in the Notifications bar.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi to BuildID: 20131021004006
2) Choose Polish as the default language during set-up.
3) Take a screenshot by holding the power button and the home button at the same time.
4) Observe the Notification title being truncated.

Actual:
The Notification title gets truncated ("Zkrut ekranu dodany do aplikacji Gal...").

Expected:
The full title would be displayed.

Fix verified on Buri 1.2 commercial RIL.  The screenshot text now reads "Zrzut dodany do Galerii" which fits on the screen with no truncation.
