Connect with WPS is displayed with truncation when Czech language is selected

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131022004000
2) Choose Czech as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate to Settings App
4) Select Wi-Fi
5) Select Connect with WPS and observe:

Actual:
"Connect with WPS" is truncated

Expected:
"Connect with WPS" is displayed in its entiriety

no worries Stephany!  I'm marking this as dependent on 908300 which proposes to decrease the size of the font in the header when a shorter translation cannot be provided.

Looking at this again, I think we can shorten the header to just "Connect" since the screen before already says "connect with WPS" and the subheading below says "Select a WPS method".
