Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri Build ID: 20131022004000
2) Tap the Settings App.
3) Select Device Information.
4) Select Legal information.
5) Tap on Open Source Notices.

Actual: 
Open Source Notices title header is truncated.

Expected:
User should be able to see title fully.

User impact is minimal.
User had to choose the "Open Source Notices" menu item, which is exactly the same string as the truncated header.
There is only 1 string for menu item and header, so this will stay like this until we get 2 separated strings.
