 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 The contact's head portrait display when no internet connection
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 Pre:To have a gmail account with several contacts contain head portraits 
      turn off wifi ,turn on Data connection and Data roaming 
 Step: 
 1. Open Contacts app->Tap on the settings icon (gear) in the top right
 corner->Tap on ‘gmail’under import contacts sub heading->The log in
 screen is shown->introduce a valid user/password->Tap on sign in->select
 contacts contain head portraits ->import->popup the promption:"Friends' photos will not be added to your contacts ,continue anyway?"->ok
 2. after the import finished,in the contact list,the contact's head portrait display -->KO
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 KO:The contact's head portrait shouldn't display when no internet connection

If we don't have connection we cannot fetch the images, but if we downloaded once, we will have them even offline.
