Steps to reproduce:

Open the developer console and zoom in *twice* (Ctrl +) to increase the font size.
Type something that will result in an auto suggestion


Actual results:

The auto complete box floats to the top left of my screen


Expected results:

The auto complete box should stay on top of the input box

Can reproduce on Firefox 35.0a2 (2014-11-12) (developer edition), and have been able to reproduce for months, if I recall correctly. I'm on Ubuntu 14.04.

#1039498 seems to be the same bug.

What I can reproduce is not exactly the tooltips floating to the "top left" of the screen, but they appear further and further from where they were supposed to be as I zoom in or out. Only in normal zoom (1:1) do they appear in the correct position.

I can't reproduce the bug with the STR from Comment 0, but I do if I do the following: 

- Open the console
- Type document.a
- Zoom using <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>+</kbd>

The list gets pushed to the bottom and some item of the popup are not visible anymore
