* Reproduce Steps
   - Flash device via ZTE tool
   - Enable 3G or WiFi connection, and make sure connection works well.
   - Perform check now and tap the update notification
   - Select "system update" in notification page. 
   - Click "Download" to download the update.
   - Click "Install now" to update the device.
   - Remove the battery while the updating process is running in recovery mode.
   - Put the battery back and turn on the device.

* Actual results:
   - Device will reboot into system,and "system update" is still existed in notification page and "system update" should have to be re-downloaded again. 

* Expected results:
   - After the battery is put back and turn device on, it should enter recovery mode and resume the updating process.
   - The "system update" package should not be re-download even device is rebooted into system after power is back.
