Description:
The Polish text "Połączenia i komunikaty" is truncated in the header under Call Settings.

Prerequisite:
Set the phone's language to Polish

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131023004005
2) Launch the Settings app
3) Select Call Settings

Actual:
The text "Połączenia i komunikaty" is truncated in the header.

Expected:
The text "Połączenia i komunikaty" is completely visible in the header.

Fix verified on Buri 1.2 commercial RIL.  The header has been shortened to "Połączenia".
