Description:
Geolocation permissions will appear in English and not appear translated if the user opens up an application to view the permissions more than once.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131023004005
2) Tap on "Settings".
3) Tap on "App Permissions".
4) Tap on "Browser".
5) Look at the Geolocation permission. Notice that the permissions are translated.
6) Back out to the main "App Permissions" page and tap on "Browser" again.
Actual:
The permissions "allow, deny and prompt" are not translated if the user opens up an app to view their permissions more than once.
Expected:
The permissions are translated to the correct language.
