Device: Unagi, with a build made on top of inbound / gaia-master (1.3)

STR:
 - Open the browser
 - tap a long url such as "http://people.mozilla.org/~npierron/octane/index.html"

Seen:
 - The text input flicker for any new character which is overflowing the input field each time one character is added.  The text box seems to be rendered twice.

The issue doesn't reproduce on the production devices, on Leo and Buri 1.3 Central build
URL bar doesn't flicker for any overflowing character in URL such as  "http://people.mozilla.org/~npierron/octane/index.html" and the text box is not rendered twice

Actually should be a WONTFIX, as we're not supporting unagi anymore on 1.2+. Unagi-specific bugs are not going to be fixed.
