Interviewer Incentive Stickers

The Recruiting team is looking to develop stickers that we can distribute to our top interviewers and people who are helpful to our team. We're hoping that with a super-cool sticker people will put them on their laptops and it will create a buzz- "oh how did you get that sticker" "i interviewed candidates x number of times" etc. Overall, we'd like the buzz to promote a more positive involvement with the recruiting team and general willingness to participate in interviews to receive the sticker.

A metallic 2x3 sticker, perhaps trimmed around the fox itself (as opposed to a square sticker).

Hi Rachel. We will keep this on file, but to be honest the creative team is pretty swamped right now...not going to be able to make this a top priority at this point.

Thank you for being in touch- what is a realistic timeline? end of the quarter?

Hi Rachel. Generally speaking, this is something I can't commit the internal creative team to at any point (i.e., there will always be more urgent priorities). That said, we're looking into possible community solutions. Stay tuned...
