secure server icons not showing up in menus and pickers

the problem is we aren't reflecting IsSecure so the folderMenuItem .css rules
we've got for secure servers isn't getting hit.

I've got a patch that fixes the problem.
fixed.

in folder pickers and folder menus, if the server was secure, the "secure
server" icon will show up.
