User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 SeaMonkey/2.24a1 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131009142630

Steps to reproduce:

I compile SeaMonkey 64Bit for AMD64 in Visual Studio 2012
with SDK 8.1 and DirectX SDK Jun10 in Windows 8.1

Actual results:

I canot compile with DirectX SDK Jun10 - see errors in attachment "Error_DirectX.txt" please ...

Visual Studio 2011 uinstalled and installed VS 2012 only, before compiled i see:
Visual C++ 11 directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\
Visual C++ 12 directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\VC\

Instaled SDK 8.1 and (old) 8.0 too
DiectX SDK 11 not awailable, and only awailable SDK 10 ?

Use my own "start-msvc12-x64.bat" (see attachments please) - not awailable "mozilla-build" with "official" "start-msvc12-x64.bat" for VS2012, SDK 8.1 and DX11 please ?

Expected results:

Compile SeaMonkey 64Bit for AMD64 in Visual Studio 2012 with (newest awailable) Windows and DirectX SDK.
Hardware: x86 → x86_64
Attached file .mozconfig

Thanks for reporting this issue, although it's already known :). Unfortunately all the Mozilla apps (SeaMonkey, Firefox, Thunderbird, ...) do not compile yet with Visual Studio 2013, you still need to use VS 2012 to compile those.
