+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #930103 +++

After changing the device langauge to Russian, Open Source Notices title header is truncated under the Settings App. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131024004000
2) Choose Czech as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate into Settings App
4) Select Device Information
5) Select Legal information
6) Select Open Source Notices

Actual:
Open Source Notices title header is truncated

Expected:
User should be able to see title in its entirety

Verified the bug is fixed.
The header is changed and no longer truncated
