Details

Apparently a form with the above action attribute should send me an e-mail with
the post results on submit. NS4.7x seems to support it, as does IE5.5, Mozilla
doesn't. Mozilla instead brings up a mail compose window, with the e-mail
address in the To: field.

See the url for an example of a site that uses this form submission technique.

If we're to implement this feature, we'll need to bring up a warning dialog
similar to NS' and IE's.
