We ended up in a funky situation with all the changes and back-outs that happened to the notifications during development for 1.2. This is preventing me from landing the marionette tests for lockscreen notifications. When we resolve these issues and finalize notification marionette tests on master we'll be able to land these tests as part of a separate pull-request instead of attempting to use the existing changeset which constantly leads to merge failures.

I just backported my tests in bug 927642 to v1.2, and they work fine. This includes the lockscreen tests, so I'll just land them over there and we can call this done too.
