On first boot, the user will experience that "Cannot use SD Card because USB storage is enabled" is not translated under Import and Export Contacts Settings to the Czech language. After the exiting the Contacts app and reopening, it will then be translated to Czech. Rebooting again will result in the string being untranslated again.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri v 1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131024004000
2) Choose Czech as the default language during set-up
3) Reboot device
4) After fresh boot, Navigate to Contacts App
5) Tap the Settings gear icon
6) Tap Import or Export Contact and observe:
Actual:
"Cannot use SD Card because USB storage is enabled" is not translated

"Cannot use SD Card because USB storage is enabled" is translated in Czech
