Here at MozFest we're having an IRC-client limit on the IP 194.35.93.249
Please raise the limit to 500 for this weekend (even that might not suffice).

Please take a quick action, because lots of folks are currently bottle-necked to connect to MozNet.

I've bumped up the connections. Please reopen and mark blocker if insufficient. Also, do not assign bugs to individuals since it bypasses paging. Thanks!
