In Greek, the Call Forwarding menus (Always forward, Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, Forward when unreachable) display truncated Header text.

Prerequisite: 
Turn your Language to Greek.

Repro Steps: 
1. Flash 1.2 Com Ril Build 20131023004005 to a Buri device.
2. From the Homescreen, Navigate to the Settings App
3. Enter the Keyboard Menu
4. Tap the Built-in Keyboard Settings menu.
5. Observe the Header Bar.

Actual Results:
The Header text is truncated

Expected Results:
The Header text fits into the Header Bar and is not truncated

We can update the header sting to just "Keyboard" since we're already in the settings app.  It should be evident to the user that these are settings already. Thanks!

This bug is extremely confusing: what's the connection between "keyboard settings" (which seems to be the screenshot) and call forwarding options?

This header can be shortened, since it's using a separate string. Moving to the localization component and clearing l12y keyword.
