Steps to reproduce: 1) Load up the above URL 2) Select "California" from the drop down menu ( right below Quick Search..."by map" ) Actual result: Input field layout messed up.
This may not be a bug (certainly not bug 92647, because it is still reproducible in a build that has that bug fixed in it). It turns out that when selecting a state, the dropdown immediately to the right of the STATE dropdown is repopulated with a new list of cities within that state. Depending on the length in characters of the longest city name that appears, that dropdown box will be resized to allow it to be displayed in full. CC'ing Rod, who may be able to think of ways to do this that don't impact page layout...

I was not seeing the problems Harish mentioned above because my browser window was pretty wide (maybe 800px). Resize your window so that it is pretty narrow (~640px) before loading the page, then when you change the state, you should see the Quick Search tab reflow *underneath* the content in the right column when it shifts.
In fact, it looks like this *is* a dup of bug 92647. When I tried in my build with that bug fixed, I was unable to reproduce, no matter how narrow I made the window. Marking DUP. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 92647 ***
