Description:
After changing the device language to Russian, the word "Movies" appears in English in the search bar

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Russian as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate to left to see the e.me bar
4) Tap the search bar to see the main apps
5) Tap the "+" to choose more apps
6) Choose "Кино" option
7) Go back to the e.me screen and tap the "Кино" icon

Actual:
The word Movies appear in English in the search bar

Expected:
The word Movie appears localized in the search bar

same issue with the word "funny", the word "funny" is not localized and appears in English

Looks like e.me bug, not l10n.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
