User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130910160258 Steps to reproduce: Upgraded to Thunderbird v24.0.1 Actual results: Clicked on 'Tools|Account Settings...' to bring up Account Settings window. Cannot edit any Account Setting. After clicking on any action in left hand pane (e.g. Server Settings) I get the following message: ‘The Local Directory path "C:\Users\Bas\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\qfus9mtt.default\Mail\Local Folders" is not suitable for message storage. Please choose another directory.’ Expected results: Should be able to edit Account settings as in Thunderbird V 17. i.e. If I revert back to v 17 the problem goes away
