After changing the device language to Russian, when loading to an email page, the "Setting up" page header is truncated
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.2 COM RIL BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Russian as the default language during set-up
3) Open the Email app
4) Set-up an email page
5) When logging into the email observe the header
Actual:
The header is truncated
Expected:
The header is not truncated

Verified the bug is fixed on the latest 1.2 COM RIL
The string is shortened in the header and no longer truncated when setting up an email account
