Description:
On the Notifications Screen the notification that SIM lock is enabled is truncated when device language is set to Czech.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Navigate to Settings and change device language to Czech
3) Navigate to SIM Card and enable SIM Lock with a pin
4) Restart device and skip entering in Pin
5) Drag down notifications screen and observe the SIM Lock status Notification.

Actual:
The notification for SIM Lock enabled is truncated.

Expected:
The notification for SIM Lock is displayed in its entirety.
