The text in the title bar for Facebook contact list is truncated if the device is set to show the Russian language.

Repro Steps:

1) Updated Buri Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Russian as the default language during set-up.
3) Navigate to Contacts App.
4) Tap the Settings gear icon then tap the Sync Friends switch.
5) When the Facebook login screen loads, enter a valid username and password, then tap Log in. 
6) Once the contacts list loads, observe the text in the title bar and observe:

Actual:
Title bar is truncated.

Expected:
Title bar text is displayed in its entirety.

The title bar for Facebook contact list is no longer truncated in latest Buri build v1.2.

Changing to verified fixed.
