Description:
When user selects New Tab in the Browser app, the Top Sites and Bookmarks tabs are truncated in German in portrait mode only

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Have device in portrait mode
3) Tap Settings App
4) Tap Language and select Deutsch
5) Select Home button
6) Tap Browser App
7) Tap numbered right arrow in upper right of device
8) Tap plus sign (+) in upper right of device


Actual:
Top Sites and Bookmarks tabs appear truncated

Expected:
Top Sites and Bookmarks tabs do not appear truncated

Hrm, that does not look fixable by localization, because German cannot be made shorter than that. Sucks.
