After a user inputs their email login credentials and selects Next, the transition page continues to say "Setting up account" and does not translate to Greek

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Select Greek (ελληνικά) as the language.
3) Select E-mail.
4) Input email credentials and select Next.
5) Verify the transition page says "Setting up account."

Actual:
The transition page says "Setting up account."

Expected:
"Setting up account" would be translated.

Verified as fixed in 1.2 COM RIL.
The string 'Setting up account' no longer displays in English.
