Description:
The string "Incoming Caller ID" text is truncated in the header

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Choose "Russian" as the default language 
3) Tap on the "Dialer" icon.
4) Input *#30# into the Dialer.
5) Press green Dialer button and look at the header

Actual:
 The string "Incoming Caller ID" text is truncated

Expected:
 The string is not truncated in the header

Verified the bug is fixed on 1.2 COM RIL
The header name is shortened and no longer truncated
