Description:
The string "Call barring" in the header is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri V 1.2 COM RIL to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Choose "Greek" as the default language.
3) Tap on the "Dialer" icon.
4) Input *33*XXXX into dialer.
5) Press green dialer button and look at the header.

Actual:
The string "Call barring" in the header is truncated.

Expected:
The string is not truncated.

scCallBarring=Call barring > "Φραγή κλήσεων"

The translation is just one char larger than the english text.

A workaround would be to use singular instead of plural for "call" and save a char ("Φραγή κλήσης"). Haven't tested if saving a char will display without truncation. The existing translation is preferred though.

Confirm that changing https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/v1.2/shared/style/headers.css#L28 from 2.5 to 1.6 rem as it proposed in bug 908300 then it fits.

Hi, Alfredos, looks like only 2 characters are being cut off. Again I think they can be in the place of the ellipses like the other bugs :)
