Steps to reproduce:
* Open testcase.html
* Try to scroll down by dragging the scrollbar
Actual results:
The whole anchor element is dragged and you can't scroll down.
Expected results:
You should be able to use the scrollbar.
The testcase involves an overflowed span tag within an anchor tag. This is some odd piece of markup but I encountered it on a live site (Swedish Tax Agency), and IE and Chrome handles it well.
