This bug is to add any new canned responses surrounding the ratings reviews.  CCing Lisa for names and copy.

We do need it, I just haven't had a chance to write them up yet.  But this shouldn't be a blocker, and Andrew can put them in once we've written copy.

I recant comment 2...we've never needed to do this so far, and if there were a problem we'd describe the specific content we didn't like rather than just say the rating isn't ok.
