Description:
The user is not prompted with Facebook permissions when trying to link a saved contact with a Facebook friend.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2)  Open any saved contact.
3)  Tap on "Link contact".
4)  Log in using a valid Facebook account.


Actual:
The user is not prompted to allow Facebook permission. 

Expected:
The user is prompted to allow Facebook permission.

Have you tried with a new account? Has this user already been prompted for permissions in the past?

I have logged into the Facebook account before for testing. I re-flashed the phone and reset all the data on phone but the permission wasn't prompted.

If you have previously logged into the phone with the same application ID, you do not need to re-confirm permissions. (Even if you reflash the phone). Please try again with a new Facebook account, and if it does not prompt for permissions, then reopen this bug.
