Details

AVDG and Crestron promised us a web-based control for the Crestron DM switch in SFO commons. It has never been delivered. We have no usable way to control that switching matrix from other offices. We must never again use a Crestron switch at the core of a large room design, it makes remote support in the event of a problem much more difficult.
