The attached page has the text "QUIT" rendered with Advent Pro (hosted on Google Fonts).
The letters 'Q' and 'U' overlap.
The text renders fine on Google Chrome 30.0.1599.114
Confirmed with the 10/28/2013 nightly built from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/4646259ab62d using the sample provided.

This is not a Firefox bug; the font really does have a kern pair for "QU" that makes the glyphs overlap. Inspecting the font file reveals that it has similar kerns for "Q," (the comma almost disappears, as it overstrikes the "tail" of the Q) and for "Q." (the period completely disappears, overstriking the bottom of the Q!)
Chrome doesn't apply kerning by default, but if you add the property
text-rendering: optimizeLegibility;
it will do so, and you'll see the same issues there.
If you wish, you can disable kerning in Firefox using the property
-moz-font-feature-settings: "kern" off;
but this will of course result in inferior rendering with well-kerned fonts.
So I would recommend reporting this as a bug in the Advent font. (FWIW, this isn't the only example of excessively-tight kerning in the font; try "P.M." and see how it looks.)
