Description: Tapping on options in the Date and Time Pickers does not allow the user to scroll through the lists one at a time. An example of this would be if the user is setting an alarm and is one number away from their desired choice, they cannot simply tap on the number to move it to the highlighted area of the picker to select it. They instead have to drag the carousel to make the number selected, which can sometimes make precise option selection in the pickers difficult. These carousels are observed in the FTE, Calendar, Clock, and Date & Time (under Settings). This fails test case 2379 in BuriRun3. Repro Steps: 1) Update Buri to v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131025004000 2) Launch the Settings app 3) Select Date & Time 4) If needed, disable "Set automatically" 5) Tap on Date 6) Tap on an option one above or below the current selection Actual: The user cannot scroll through a picker's selections one at a time. Expected: The user is able to scroll through a picker's selections one at a time. Environmental Variables: Device: Buri v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131025004000 Gaia: 606517ceafe0950c2b89822d5f13353743334f2c Gecko: 5eabd267ef04 Version: 26.0a2 RIL Version: 01.02.00.019.082 Notes: Repro frequency: 100% Link to failed test case: https://moztrap.mozilla.org/manage/case/2379/
