1. Open Help->Help Contents
2. Select any chapter (for example "Browsing the Web")
3. Show subchapters - longer names are shortened with "..." ("Language and
Translation Ser...")
4. Resize contents sidebar

Expected - sidebar contents should redraw (i.e. show longer texts)

Actually happens - nothing, have to collapse subchapters and show them again,
then they're longer.

Setting milestone. Should fix for expected behavior (similar to, e.g., mail
folder names).

FIXED: as you resize the sidebar, the content in the outliner expands and
contracts accordingly.
