932340 - Remove hot topics from product landing pages

The product landing page report showed that hot topics don't do anything for our helpfulness rating or the engagement with the site. By removing the hot topics from that location we can help an additional 150,000 users per month reach the right articles.

Hot topics might still be useful on the subtopic page for "Fix slowness, crashing, error messages and other problems", but that's not part of this bug. I'll file another bug for that.
