-I could not get the file from the svn source, turn it down via the web and hereby attached.

Can you explain exactly the kind of problems you had? 
Since the file is small and not urgent I think we should try to fix the SVN problem once and for all, so I'll wait before uploading the file.

Hi flod, 

Try downloading the SVN commands with the cc and the update and not release.

Maybe the the problea be me.

Ok, Odin managed to commit the files in r121712. We're good here :-)
