seen on commercial builds in classic skin:

windows 2001-08-02-06-trunk
linux 2001-08-02-06-trunk
mac 2001-08-02-04-trunk

-launch the app in classic skin. 
The slider bar for the scroll bar is about half as wide as it should be. (not on 
Mac though)
Tool bar button icons and text are left adjusted.  
Grippies are left adjusted for horizontal bars and top adjusted for vertical 
bars.

I do see the left adjust text on modern skin, but not any of the other effects 
that the classic skin is displaying. By the way, that is happening on all 
platforms in modern skin.

correcton what I see in modern skin is menu button subtext is left aligned 
instead of centered under the button.  Look at Composer tool bar to see this. 
Perhaps it is a different bug?

d'oh! grippie in horizontal bar in mail is left adjusted in Modern skin also.  
vertical grippie is cool.
