Wrong error page shows when browsing without network access

STR:
1. Turn off WiFi
2. Launch browser app
3. Try to go to a page

Expected Result:
*. A warning page shows to ask for network connection

Actual Result:
*. An error page shows on the screen

I can not confirm this bug on Flatfish. I seems resolved on this version.
