932675 - "one global community" overlaps blue action bar at the bottom of the page

when the window is narrowish, the "one global community" box overlaps blue action bar at the bottom of the page.  in this state you can't click on any of the actions ("view our current openings", etc).

Indeed, looks like we need to tweak the responsive breakpoint here.

Ideally it should switch to a narrower view before that square drops.

Will add to backlog.

Checking this now, looks to still occur when the width of the browser is ~950px

Drop the right and left margins on box to 10px.
