Actual results:

When move mouse up and down to cross the red line, the mouse pointer should change to hand when it's on the line. But it's difficult to see the hand. 

It's also difficult to click the line. 



Expected results:

When mouse move across the red line, the hand pointer should show. 

Please see the same example on the latest Chrome or IE or Safari, all work fine, the line is easy to click.
