In bug 932529, it was discussed that refunds have to be processed by contacting support@bango.com. If that happens there is no automatic notification to Mozilla that the refund has gone through on a transaction. I've looked in Event Notification docs and there isn't anything in there that mentions it. Is it possible for us to get notification of this event? See also bug 801884 for more.
We would respond to the original email request that it has been successfully completed.
