Description

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.firefox.com/stats/apps-installed/?start=2013-07-01&end=2013-10-30&region=gr
2. Notice that there is no way for users to view installs across all regions

expected behavior:
Developers will find it useful to see what the total count of installs were

Also, we keep feature parity with https://marketplace.firefox.com/statistics/apps_count_new/?last=30

observed behavior:
Installs/region are available but not the total count across all regions

All the regions look the same to me.  Is this just mislabeling and we're actually looking at global stats?

There is a bug on prod that was just fixed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=932484 on -dev.
