Details 
steps to reproduce:
1. Set your region to Brazil
2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/stats
3. Click on 'Apps installed' upon which https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/stats/apps-installed/?start=2013-09-30&end=2013-10-30&region=us loads
4. Notice the region selected

expected behavior:
Region selected should be Brazil (whatever the user's current region selection is)

observed behavior:
Region selected is always US
